At Broome Beach Co, we aim to make shipping straightforward and reliable for our wholesale customers. 

Freight arrangements, charges and delivery timeframes are based on Australia Post pricing & delivery estimates.

While we always do our best to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to public holidays, remote delivery locations or circumstances outside our control.

All size split bundle orders are sent via Australia Post with an option for either Flat Rate delivery or Express Post through our online checkout.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days of receipt, unless advised otherwise.

Given the estimated Flat Rate timeframes supplied by Australia Post and our own dispatch estimates we would anticipate a bundle order to arrive within 10 business days of order being placed.

Freight costs are added to your invoice as a separate line item and are inclusive of GST.

Freight for large bulk orders will be quoted separately and must be agreed to by the customer in written form before Broome Beach Co accepts and processes the order.

Custom order shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight and delivery location.
